Love Your Neighbor Summer Outreach, July 24-26

Love Your Neighbor Summer Outreach is happening July 24-26. We are partnering with Convoy of Hope and several other churches in Tallahassee to distribute groceries at an apartment complex close to our church, and we are hosting a block party, with food, bounce houses, prayer and evangelism tent, and kids’ ministry, on Saturday, July 26.

Evangelism Training Session with Joe Oden

Friday, June 27, 6 PM-9 PM

To prepare for the outreach, we are also hosting an evangelism training on Friday, June 27, at 6 PM, with special guest Joe Oden, national prayer and evangelism director for the Assemblies of God (via livestream). Other local churches and their volunteers will attend this training along with our congregation. Joe Oden burns for revival and awakening. He was saved and delivered from drugs during the Brownsville Revival, and he has never been the same. Joe has spent the last twenty-five years traveling throughout America and the world, equipping and mobilizing the body of Christ to share the gospel and reach the lost. He currently serves as the national prayer and evangelism director for the Assemblies of God; director of the Assemblies of God World Prayer Center. Family Fifth Sunday is Next Sunday, June 29

Family Fifth Sunday is next Sunday, June 29. Children will attend the main service with their parents in the Sanctuary. Nursery will be available.

Register your kids for VBS July 13-16

Imagine a week where kids not only hear about Jesus’ love but also learn to express that love through their actions. By the end of Freedom Church VBS, they’ll walk away with tangible ways to love like Jesus and live like Jesus by praying, loving, serving, forgiving, and showing simple acts of kindness. Coming Wednesday Nights in July: Cooking Club

Delicious Treats and Bible Truths! In Cooking Club, kids will enjoy a variety of fun cooking activities. Every week, we will hear a story from the Bible, and kids will make something fun to eat! For kids in pre-K through completed 5th grade on Wednesday nights at 6:45 PM in the Freedom Kids Wing.

Ladies 50’s Brunch and a Movie: War Room

Freedom Church ladies, expect to go back in time for the 1950s Brunch and a movie on Saturday, July 12, 11 AM-1 PM, at Freedom Church Activity Center. Come dressed in your finest 1950s fashions. Childcare will be provided. Please register at the button below for childcare and for food. We will be serving root beer and Coke ice cream floats, hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and let’s not forget the nickel pickle. The movie will be War Room. Freedom Saints (50+) will have their monthly fellowship luncheon on Sunday, June 29, 11:30 AM. Come enjoy fellowship and food with friends! We’re not having a luncheon at the church but instead will be going to a restaurant following the morning service. Register at freedomchurch.life/signup.
